My name is Jamillah Pargo, most of my clients call me Jamie. I am a Board Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience instilling hope, empowering, and educating my clients and families about mental illness and the stigmas attached.

Whether you’re struggling with DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, or any other challenging mental health symptoms or disorders, you are not alone, and your challenges DO NOT define you. Together we will develop an effective treatment plan to establish stability and long-term coping skills.

Life can be challenging for ALL OF US, and at one time or another, EVERYONE can benefit from therapy. My goal & purpose are to provide HOPE, encourage self-acceptance, support client's rights to self-determination, assist with embracing change, and assist every client with recognizing personal strengths to aid in recovery.

Although I cannot make specific promises regarding your recovery, I can promise you that I am committed to helping you find YOUR solutions to YOUR challenges, and ultimately help you feel more HOPEFUL about your future than when you first walked through my office doors.
